If you’re not closing deals from people DM’ing you, maybe flip your approach.
Too many marketers look at only the bad of a lead’s site and use it as an opportunity to đź’© all over it and the lead’s previous marketer.  This just makes you look desperate and salesy.
Instead, be neutral. If they have some wins on their site, congratulate them.
Starting a message with the good also starts the message on a positive vibe instead of subconsciously negative.  Give them a win, make them feel good, then share with them their missed opportunities.
